Terms of Use

1) Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, do not download or use the App.

2) Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter into the App.

3) Ownership & License

The App and all related copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by WorthTracker. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non‑commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

• You may not copy, modify, translate, create derivative works, or reverse engineer the App.
• You may not extract or attempt to access the source code.
• Do not jailbreak or root your device, as this may compromise security and impair App functionality.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App. Prohibited conduct includes: interfering with or disrupting the App; attempting to gain unauthorized access; using the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes; or infringing the rights of others.

5) Subscriptions & Payments

The App may offer premium features via in‑app purchases or subscriptions processed by the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

• Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple’s or Google’s policies.
• We cannot issue refunds outside the respective platform’s systems.
• Some subscription logic and entitlements are powered by RevenueCat.

6) Third‑Party Services

The App relies on third‑party providers for functionality, analytics, authentication, storage, subscriptions, and crash reporting. Their terms may apply to your use of those services:

• Google Play Services
• Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Firebase Authentication
• Firebase Firestore / Realtime Database
• RevenueCat

7) Connectivity & Charges

The App requires an active internet connection (Wi‑Fi or mobile data). You are responsible for any data, SMS, or roaming charges. If you are not the bill payer for your device, you confirm you have permission to use the App.

8) App Updates & Availability

We may release updates. You agree to install updates to continue using the App. We do not warrant that the App will be compatible with all devices or OS versions at all times. We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time.

9) No Financial Advice

The App provides tools for tracking and organizing your information. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any content is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for decision‑making without consulting a qualified professional.

10) Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error‑free, uninterrupted, or that data will be accurate or complete.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorthTracker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately and you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
